Enchantment

Distorting shapes and volumes, Lesley has created a monumental, yet ethereally light corset of white enamelled metal lace, threaded through with Swarovski crystal, contrasting textures, matt and light-reflecting. The corset is constructed so that the wearer holds her head high. "For this piece, I was firstly inspired by the naked crystal. The energy radiating beauty captured within the stones is what I believe we are trying to recreate through the pieces in this show. Love, light, peace".
